The clocks aren't exactly striking thirteen

According to the letters page of Monday’s _Pravda_, this government-moderated website is a great step forward for freedom of speech in Singapore, and “a brave step forward [by the government] to face the advent of the digital world”. (I wouldn’t know - the damn site takes five minutes to load. Also: buzzword bingo.)

The US government, while not entirely innocent itself, has something to say on the topic. Flick down to section 2a. (For comparison, c.f. New Zealand.)

On an entirely unrelated note, these guys are pretty awesome - although the Fourth Amendment packing tape just seems like taunting.
