Heard at Monza

Heard over the Red Bull Racing team radio, during yesterday’s wet and wild qualifying session:

“David [Coulthard], I’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is that you’re faster than Hamilton and Raikkonen. The bad news is you’re thirteenth.”

Could be an interesting race.

Update: Well, that was unexpected – rookie driver Sebastian Vettel, from third-rate team Scuderia Toro Rosso, snags pole position and leads from start to finish, making him the youngest winner of an F1 race in history.

In two weeks time: the Singapore night race. Strap yourselves in, fearless readers.
